VOXYS wins Contact Center World Award 2021

Four projects of the VOXYS communications center in the nominations "The Best anti-crisis management Program", "The Best HR professional", "The Best wellness program for employees" and "The best design of an outsourcing contact center" won the final of the Contact Center World - an international award of customer service and contact centers among the countries of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

On September 30 2021, the final of the Contact Center World international award took place in an on-line format. The award-winning companies from Europe, the Middle East and Africa were announced.

According to the results of the final, the VOXYS communications center won in four nominations. 

In the nomination "The Best Anti-crisis Management Program", the program for integrating corporate cultures, overcoming the decentralization of management processes and establishing internal communications, successfully implemented in 2020 in 33 cities of VOXYS presence against the background of the active stage of the COVID-19 pandemic, and accompanied the largest M&A deal of outsourcing contact centers in the Russian market, won. The project was presented during the on-line presentation by Yulia Molchanova, Executive Director of VOXYS. 

In the nomination "The Best wellness program", the Contact Center World gold medal was awarded to the "Balance Program" being implemented at VOXYS since 2020, which combines five elements aimed at improving the quality of life, working conditions and recreation of employees. The program is based on the promotion of healthy lifestyle practices, personal growth, mental development, rejection of bad habits, care for the environment and participation in important public initiatives. In the nomination "The best design of an outsourcing contact center", the design project of the new VOXYS contact center in Kursk, opened in 2021, which sets the industry quality standard and the principles of modern organization of the contact center space, based on a person-oriented approach that improves the quality of life of employees and work efficiency, won. Ksenia Kasimova, Marketing Director of the VOXYS Communications Center, presented both projects to the jury.

Olga Khrebtova, Head of the VOXYS Recruitment and Adaptation department, won in the personal nomination "Best HR Professional". The jury of the award noted the successfully implemented practices of recruiting, training and adaptation of employees of the company's contact centers. 

Contact Center World is the largest and most prestigious international industry award. Annually more than one and a half thousand customer service companies from eighty countries of the world take part in the award. The organizer is the International Association of Contact Centers. 

Contact Center World has become the first international award in which the VOXYS Communications Center participates.
