VOXYS RACE: 150 EMPLOYEES IN 17 CITIES RUN COUNTRY'S MASSIVE HALF-MARATHON

VOXYS took part in the Fifth All-Russian Half-Marathon ZaBeg.RF on May 30. 150 VOXYS employees run in 17 cities.

VOXYS took part in the Fifth All-Russian Half-Marathon ZaBeg.RF on May 30. 150 VOXYS employees run in 17 cities.

According to the rules of half marathon, participants chose a distance corresponding to their level of training. They could run 1, 5, 10 or 21.1 km. The most popular race among VOXYS employees was 1 km race, and total distance successfully covered by our colleagues exceeded 382 km!

This year ZaBeg.RF half marathon was held in two formats. In online race, the participants ran along their own track with start at a convenient time. It was possible to run in the stadium, on the treadmill in gym, in parks or along the city streets at the day of half-marathon.

VOXYS employees in Kaluga, Taganrog, Barnaul, Bryansk, Orel, Zheleznogorsk, Gus-Khrustalny took part in online half-marathon. The largest VOXYS corporate team was formed in Stavropol - 50 of our colleagues took part in that online race!

VOXYS employees participated in offline race with a mass start in Rostov-on-Don, Saransk, Samara, Kursk, Yekaterinburg, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan.

Mass start in Moscow was postponed to 25 July by the decision of the organizers of half-marathon. VOXYS Moscow team has already been formed and preparing for the upcoming start.

For the first time, ZaBeg.RF half-marathon was held in 2017 simultaneously in 10 Russian cities. In 2018, a simultaneous start was held in 15 cities in different time zones. In 2019, 19 cities took part in a synchronized race. In 2020, for the first time, a synchronized start was given throughout Russia.

The participation of VOXYS employees in the half-marathon is a part of the VOX OF HEALTH initiative, implemented under the Balance Program, which has been implemented in the company since 2020. The program combines five elements aimed at improving the quality of life, working conditions and recreation of employees. The program is based on the promotion of healthy lifestyle practices, personal growth, mental development, quitting unhealthy habits, caring for the environment and participation in important public initiatives.
