VOXYS Communications Center, Russian outsourcing contact centers market leader, has been certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and confirmed the effectiveness of the information security management system (ISMS) in the company's contact centers.

Developed by The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard accumulates the best world practices in the field of information security management and sets requirements for ISMS to demonstrate the company's ability to protect its information resources. 

VOXYS devoted 2021 in terms of development of the system of information security management to the implementation of ISMS based on ISO/IEC 27001:2013 in relation to the provision of services outsourcing contact center, including: receiving and processing incoming voice calls, making outgoing voice calls; the message processing at non-voice communication channels (email, chats, social media, messengers).

VOXYS certification audit was conducted by the Russian representative office of the British Standards Institute (BSI), the world's largest provider of standards. During the two-stage audit, BSI specialists conducted an expert assessment of the VOXYS ISMS and confirmed its compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013. 

The certification confirms reliable protection of IT infrastructure and data in VOXYS contact centers. The requirements of the ISO international standard on information security are mandatory when working with outsourcing contact centers for a number of potential customers of the VOXYS communications center, primarily financial and banking companies, multinational companies, government agencies.
