VOXYS ESG STRATEGY

VOXYS Communications Center, leader of Russian outsourcing contact centers market, declares commitment to the ESG agenda and intention to join the UN Global Compact for Sustainable Development.

In 2021, the VOXYS Communications Center submitted the necessary documents to join the UN Global Compact, which unites the world's leading socially responsible corporations based on the ten principles of responsible business conduct. VOXYS policies in the field of social responsibility and sustainable development are codified; the provisions are shared by all employees of the corporate governance system.

 

Currently, VOXYS has adopted the following policies in the field of social responsibility and sustainable development.

 

CODE OF CORPORATE ETHICS

The Code of Corporate Ethics defines the rules and practices that VOXYS adopts in relation to its employees, suppliers, customers, clients, communities, mass media, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and shareholders; it as well determines what employees, suppliers, customers, clients, communities, mass media, non-profit organizations, and shareholders undertake to ensure a positive contribution to the solution of issues important to society by VOXYS.


ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

VOXYS operational activities impact environment. That is why VOXYS complies with legal regulations, rules, and requirements in the field of ecology related to its area of activities. VOXYS constantly strives to improve ecosystems in the regions of its presence in order to minimize the negative impact on the environment.


HUMAN RIGHTS

VOXYS respects and supports human rights in all areas of business activities, and avoids complicity in human rights violations. The provisions of the corporate policy in the field of human rights are regulated by the Code of Corporate Ethics and regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring respect for human rights.


EQUAL RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES
