VOXYS Communications Center to present Contact Center Franchise
In the conditions of personnel shortage in the Russian labor market, the VOXYS communications center is interested in finding reliable partners for further scaling of the business according to the corporate service franchise model. Communication projects will be implemented by franchisee-partners on the basis of a sublicense agreement, which implies constant audit control and coordination with the customer of all stages: from the selection of the franchisee-partner and the design of the architecture to the launch of the project.
The costs of the franchisee for the launch of the VOXYS communications center franchise will be about 3 million rubles. In order to comply with the service standard, all actions of the partner will be strictly regulated by VOXYS, which is to provide full support at the time of launch and during further operational activities, including the supply of software and hardware equipment of the contact center, the provision of methodology for the organization of work and the provision of services, personnel policy, recruitment technologies, face-to-face and distance training of personnel.
Customer service requires strict adherence to the standards of the services provided, which makes the franchise business model attractive. Until now, due to the recent fragmentation of the Russian outsourcing contact center market, such a model has not been properly distributed.
The launch of the franchise will allow VOXYS to increase the speed of business scaling against the background of the continuing shortage of personnel in the labor market, as well as to form distributed teams much faster to launch large-scale federal-level communication projects, while guaranteeing total quality control.
