VOXYS Communications Center opens new site in Orenburg
In August 2021, the Governor of the Orenburg Region Denis Pasler and VOXYS СEO Alexey Mosunov signed an investment agreement providing for the creation of 500 new jobs on the site of the communications center in Orenburg, available also for students and employees with disabilities.
Currently 70 VOXYS employees are already working in Orenburg on a permanent basis; active recruitment and training of specialists are also performed at the momet. The VOXYS branch in Orenburg, which has become the 36th contact center in the company's structure, specializes in the implementation of communication projects for the largest Russian companies.
"As a market leader, the company is present in the largest cities of Russia and continues to expand its geography. We are glad that our city has been chosen for a new site of the VOXYS. We agreed on the creation of such a modern center back in August. Today we saw that it meets the requirements of young people - in terms of openness, freedom, recreation, learning. This is the right platform where opportunities for professional development are given. The company has already recruited part of the staff and number will reach up to 500 employees in the future. This will make it possible to realize the great human potential of the Orenburg Region in one more direction. It is important that the jobs created are available to young people and people with disabilities. And VOXYS is aimed at cooperation with Orenburg universities," Denis Pasler said.
The company's training center in Orenburg provides training in the following specialties: "Communications Center Specialist", "Customer Service Specialist", "Technical Support Specialist". VOXYS investments in the creation of a new communications center in Orenburg amounted up to 30 million rubles. In the future, the company plans to open branches in the Orenburg Region.
Olga Kolesnik, Director of the VOXYS Communications Center in Orenburg, guided an excursion for the participants of the event, during which she explained to the guests how the contact center's operations are organized. At the moment, there are 250 working operator's seats, there is a recreation room, a corporate cafe and a training center with classes for training on site. As part of the opening, the head of the region, together with representatives of the company and rectors of the largest universities of the Orenburg Region, discussed prospects for cooperation.

The opening of the new center is part of our sustainable development strategy, within the framework of which we create comfortable jobs in the regions of Russia for thousands of employees engaged in the field of customer service," Alexey Mosunov said.
