On August 20, 2020, the new brand VOXYS was presented. This is the result of merging the three largest Russian contact centers. The new company, characterized by terms of geography expansion, number of employees, customer status, industries, and professional competencies, now operates under a new brand VOXYS. Such a large-scale event can be compared to the birth of the new star!

The new brand name VOXYS comes from the Latin word VOX meaning voice. This is the essence of our work because for over 20 years we have been talking to people on behalf of our clients. Each of our 7000+ employees in 25 cities is the very voice that helps to solve problems with a product or service, answers questions, informs about novelties and supports when needed.

VOXYS is more than just a communication center. Our mission is to create a better customer service culture in Russia. Our success depends on how strong we strive to achieve professional heights and develop the main 6 principles seen as the values of our company:
