Telemarketing for Citibank

In January 2022, VOXYS Communications Center launched a communication project for Citibank.

Citibank is a new VOXYS client and the project is being implemented as part of the bank's expansion of outsourcing contact center service providers pool. 

The new project provides for the implementation of Citibank's banking products through telemarketing, in particular, informing the bank existing clients about personalized credit cards offers. 

The new project involves hardware and software suite integration, and provides automation based on VOXYS IT-developments as well as integration with the client CRM system.

In order to ensure the info security and safety of personal data, a dedicated security perimeter with an access control system for employees and bank representatives involved in the project has been created at the VOXYS contact center in Kursk. Citibank representatives took active part in training of the first group of operators.

"As part of the preliminary work preceding the launch of the project, a dedicated perimeter was built, a quality management system was adapted, and an info security audit was successfully completed. Colleagues from Citibank took an active part in the formation of the project architecture, development of CJM, and initial training of operators," says Irina Evstratova, VOXYS Chief Customer Officer.
