In December 2021 number of VOXYS communications center team reached 10,000 professionals. VOXYS is the leader of outsourcing contact center market in Russia.

In 2020, four players of the Russian contact center market united under the VOXYS brand. These were BEEPER, Comfortel, TELECOMEXPRESS, and Logicall. 

Today 36 VOXYS contact centers operate in 34 Russian cities, located in four time zones. This year, new VOXYS sites were opened in Kaliningrad, Kursk, and Orenburg.

 Increased by 12% since the beginning of 2021, the number of VOXYS employees today is 10,132. Soon VOXYS is to open new branches in Ivanovo, Naberezhnye Chelny, and Ulyanovsk, company team will grow by thousand professionals. 

Staff growth rate proves synergy of corporate cultures success and the effectiveness of VOXYS EVP and HR-strategy. Recently VOXYS has successfully implemented a digital recruitment system and automated HR docflow. Company also implemented the practice of remote recruitment, onboarding and training along with lifelong-learning system and careers development program. 

The VOXYS development strategy implies active expansion and scaling of the business, that includes creation of a network of partner contact centers operating under the VOXYS franchise. 

By 2024 the number of VOXYS employees will increase by 40% and exceed 14,000 specialists with significant part working remotely in different parts of Russia.
