Addressing the participants, Aleksey Smirnov, vice-governor of Kursk region, noted: "Opening of a communication center for Kursk region is, first of all, new jobs, tax allocation to budget. Today there are already 300 people working in this new center, the number of employees will grow to 450 people next year. It's great that such organizations are created, the administration of Kursk region supports such endeavours"

We have big plans for development and opening new sites in Russian cities - all of them will be opened in a unique design."

VOXYS has been developing in Russia for over 20 years. Two sites of the company have been operating in Kursk since 2012. In 2021, as part of an implementation of a human-centered approach to the organization of communication centers, a new design project was developed, a location in the city center was determined, and modern renovation was carried out.

Communication center in Kursk occupies 2,235 sq. meters on the second floor of Moskovskiy business center. There are 450 comfortably accommodated workplaces for operators. In four classrooms a modernizing training is provided for specialties Customer Service Specialist and Technical Support Specialist. A café, a recreational area with sports equipment, a library, educational and video games and bin bags are equipped for employees.

In 2020 315 residents of the Kursk region became VOXYS employees. In 2021, more than 100 new jobs will be created for students, retirees and employees with disabilities.

VOXYS communications center in Kursk has already received international acceptance. In May 2021, the center's design project reached final of prestigious Contact Center World award in category of Best Contact Center Design. The results of the award will be announced in December.
