Four VOXYS projects in the final award of the Contact Center World

Contact Center World is the first international award where VOXYS participates. “Reaching the Contact Center World finals in four nominations at once is the result of the last year strategy which is determined at achieving international recognition of the company's practices aimed at increasing the level of customer service, operational efficiency indicators and employee involvement”, - says Chief Operating Officer of VOXYS Yulia Molchanova.

Program for integrating corporate cultures, which overcomes the decentralization of management processes and establishes internal communications, which is successfully implemented in 33 cities of presence against the background of active stage of COVID-19 pandemic and accompanied the largest M&A deal concerning the unification of four previously competing companies on Russian market of outsourcing contact centers, is presented in nomination "Best Anti-Crisis Management Program".

"Balance Program" implemented by VOXYS since 2020, which combines five elements aimed at improving the quality of life, working conditions and relaxation of employees participates in final part of Contact Center World in nomination "Best Wellness Program". This program is based on promotion of healthy lifestyle practices, personal growth, mental development, refusal of bad habits, environment care and participation in important public initiatives.

The design project of new VOXYS site in Kursk challenges for win in the Best Contact Center Design nomination, as it sets an innovative quality standard and principles of modern office space organization based on a human-centric approach, which improves the quality of life of each employee as well as effectiveness of the organization.

The nomination "Best HR Professional" notes the recruiting, training and adaptation practices of VOXYS contact center operators implemented by Olga Khrebtova, the head of staff recruitment and adaptation.

Annually more than 1,500 companies from eighty countries of the world take part in Contact Center World. The organizer of the award is the International Association of Contact Centers. In 2021, the final part of Contact Center World award will be from December 6 to 9. During the solemn event, nominees will present their projects, and jury of the world's leading experts in contact center industry and customer service will determine the winners.

Several more successfully implemented VOXYS projects will soon be nominated for the European Contact Center and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA). The project "Personnel Emergence - as the most important part of the M&A Process of Competitive Customer Service Companies" is participating as a finalist in the HR-Brand award, the results of which will be announced on May 25.
