In 2020 VOXYS is taking part in the annual Rating of Russia’s best employers, the most scaled and influential contest, by HeadHunter, the biggest online-recruiting platform in Russia. That’s not the first time we’re taking part in it. In 2019 as BEEPER we were amongst the top-rated employers, and before TELECOMEXPRESS had been many times awarded as one of the TOP-100 employers.

Every year more than 250 companies participate in this rating. The evaluation is based on the next 3 criteria:

• Data from HR specialists gives an idea of how HR service effective and functional.
• Internal eNPS assessment based on team members’ option and their desire to recommend the company as an employer.
• External evaluation is the applicants’ opinion. Would they like to work for this company and why?

For now, VOXYS has already passed by the first two stages and is now conducting a survey of applicants. The results of the TOP-100 Rating of Russia’s best employers will be announced in December. We are absolutely sure that we will take a worthy place in it!
