On September 6 of our team members passed the training course on “Audit and optimization of CC activities based on the ISO 18295:2017 standard. Internal Auditor Training”.
Our team members studied how to be an effective interviewer, how to plan and conduct an audit in a contact center, what is the “Iceberg of contact center” concept describing the client's interaction strategy, got fundamental knowledge in quality management and standardization, audit process based on the standard ISO 19011:2011, detailing the requirements of ISO 18295-1:2017 and ISO 18295-2:2017, etc.

Our team members passed the exams successfully and received the certificates “Internal Auditor ISO 18295” thereby confirming their qualification and professionalism in contact center management. Soon we will get certificated with the ISO 18295 standard, and the team members who have an auditor’s certificate will be part of the certification preparation group.
