October is a very fruitful month for our office in Saransk. Here we have started two big projects. First project has launched on telemarketing services for one of the top Russian insurance companies.

The second project is for one of the TOP-100 Russian banks, whose representatives took part in the official project’s launching. For now, our main task is receiving and processing calls from bank clients who want to find out or clarify the terms of the mortgage and fill out a mini-questionnaire.
